Mr. McKeon was born in Lower Merion Township and has resided in Penn Wynne, Wynnewood, Ardmore and Bala Cynwyd. He and his wife Jennifer live in Ward 3 and are raising two teenage daughters who are enrolled in Lower Merion public schools.

After graduating from the Episcopal Academy in 1996, Mr. McKeon received his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University (2000) and his juris doctor from Washington University in St. Louis (2004). Mr. McKeon is a shareholder at the litigation defense firm of Lavin, Cedrone, Graver, Boyd & DiSipio, where he has obtained numerous defense verdicts in trials in Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut. 

Mr. McKeon served as a youth sports coach for many years in Lower Merion Little League (softball) and the Main Line Girls Basketball Association. He was a director of the Bala Cynwyd Neighborhood Club and organized the Bala Cynwyd 4th of July Festival in 2017.
