Mr. High is a senior partner of High, Swartz, Roberts and Seidel, Montgomery County's oldest law firm. He is a member of the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and has specialized in municipal law throughout his professional career. He lectures frequently on government topics, particularly on legal cases surrounding the maintenance and upkeep of the Urban Forest.
Mr. High graduated from Princeton University in 1962 and from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1965.
A resident of Upper Dublin Township, Mr. High is a member of numerous professional groups and an active participant in many community and civic organizations including serving as Vice President of the Board of Trustees of Abington Memorial Hospital Foundation and as Elder at Abington Presbyterian Church.
