Mr. High is a senior partner of High, Swartz, Roberts and Seidel, Montgomery County's oldest law firm. He is a member of the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations and has specialized in municipal law throughout his professional career. He lectures frequently on government topics, particularly on legal cases surrounding the maintenance and upkeep of the Urban Forest.
Mr. High graduated from Princeton University in 1962 and from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1965.
A resident of Upper Dublin Township, Mr. High is a member of numerous professional groups and an active participant in many community and civic organizations including serving as an emeritus trustee of the Abington Memorial Hospital Foundation, President of the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust and Elder at Abington Presbyterian Church..
