Improved surface:

Street degradation fee for improved surfaces -- $116

Additional degradation fee if surface paved within the past five years:

Per lineal foot if street paved within 1 year -- $39
Per lineal foot if street paved within 2 years -- $32
Per lineal foot if street paved within 3 years -- $25
Per lineal foot if street paved within 4 years -- $19
