Notice of Invitation for Bids (IFB) & Request for Proposals (RFP)

When the Township purchases by formal competitive bid, the advertisement for bid is posted in the Purchasing Division section of the Township website and is also published in the legal notice section of the designated "official" local newspaper. For RFPs, if a sufficient amount of vendors are available for solicitation, the Township generally does not advertise. However, when a wider distribution is deemed necessary for any type of solicitation, additional publications may be used to circulate the required information.
