All owners of rental properties in the Township are required to obtain a Rental Unit License with the Building & Planning Department. The rental property will be inspected for compliance with the Township’s Housing Code. The owner must also register with the Business Tax Division and complete a Business Registration License Application. Township rentals require the submission of yearly Business Privilege Tax Returns as well as maintaining an annual Business License and Rental License.
