Please complete this form to make changes to your Solid Waste collection subscription level. New Homeowners should specify their desired level of service here. Please see the Refuse and Recycling page for more information on refuse and recycling collection rules, and the Fee Schedule for information on the cost of your subscription. If you are a new renter, you may only upgrade services to the subscription. Landlords are billed for changes to the Solid Waste account, and the bill cannot be sent to the renter.
If you do not know what day your trash/recycling will be collected, please use the Address Lookup on the homepage to find the information. Please note that recycling is collected every week with the type of recycling rotating week to week.

If you are an existing homeowner, you may only use this form to upgrade the service collected at your residence or add Rear Yard pickup. You may not decrease or downgrade your service level with this form; requests to downgrade will not be processed. You may only decrease your service during the open enrollment period between November 17 and December 26 each year.
