Joseph Mastronardo, PE, is a civil engineer employed by Pennoni of Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Mastronardo serves as an Associate Vice President & Senior Engineer managing Pennoni’s Municipal Services Group. He has more than 25 years of experience serving local municipalities including permitting, design and construction of municipal infrastructure, storm and sanitary sewers, road culverts, stream rehabilitation, stormwater management facilities, traffic signals, and traffic controls and calming measures. He is also responsible for the administration and engineering review of subdivision and land development plans and erosion and sediment pollution control permits.
Mr. Mastronardo graduated from Drexel University in 1996 with a degree in Civil Engineering.
A lifelong resident of Haverford Township, Mr. Mastronardo is a member of several professional groups including the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers. Additionally, Mr. Mastronardo has served as a Board Member of the Delaware County American Red Cross, Delaware County Transportation Management Association, East Donegal Township Sewer Authority, and Llanerch Fire Company.
