We will email free tax receipts to homeowners upon request. This receipt shows Township/County tax, School District tax, and any interim real estate taxes paid. We do not provide Solid Waste or Sanitary Sewer Rent receipts as they are utility fees.

To request a receipt, please email taxcollector@lowermerion.org with the following information:

Subject: Tax Receipt Request

1. Homeowner name
2. Year(s) needed (up to 2 years prior)
3. Property address and parcel number

There is a $4.00 charge associated with printing a paper tax receipt in our office. If you would like a paper copy of your tax receipt, please email or call our office at 610-645-6210 to arrange payment and pickup/mailing.

NOTE: We cannot provide an accurate tax receipt for the calendar year that a property was bought/sold. Please check your settlement papers to see how your property taxes were pro-rated.
