Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
The Township has installed four Level 2 electric vehicle charging stations for public use. The chargers are in Municipal Lot #7, located at 7 N Bryn Mawr Ave, across Lancaster Ave from Ludington Library. The stations are in the northwest corner of the lot and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Learn How to Charge Here
The stations are equipped with J1772 plugs, which are compatible with most electric vehicle models.
Users must download the FLO app or purchase a FLO card to initiate and pay for their charging session. Rate information is available in the app.
Parking in front of the chargers is restricted to electric vehicle charging only. Vehicles parked in these spaces that are not actively charging are subject to parking tickets in accordance with Township Code . Parking in all four spaces is currently free while using the chargers.
Two of the parking spaces are designed to support accessible use, with additional space and charger placement intended to accommodate a range of mobility needs. Users are encouraged to use these spaces only when the other two are not available.
