The Connelly tract is a wooded 7-acre parcel located along the Schuylkill River between the Cynwyd Heritage Trail’s (CHT) main trail and private property on which multi-family housing has been developed. The master plan for the property considers elements that were included in the CHT master plan and link the CHT with Philadelphia, the Schuylkill River Trail and a larger regional trail network, known as the Circuit. The planning process includes a significant amount of public participation.
