Final Feasibility Study Report (PDF)

 A feasibility study is an assessment of a plan or project.   The Goal of this study was to determine the current and future facility needs for the Ardmore Avenue Community Center and The PALM Center – Positive Aging in Lower Merion by determining the optimum/cost effective improvements of each facility, whether it be renovate, remodel or rebuild;  best physical location in relationship to existing structures; mindfulness of vehicle circulation and parking; cost effective sustainable infrastructure; as well as; security and supervision of activities.

Following Community input the consulting Firm provided a written summary of the evaluation process, options identified, conceptual renderings/layouts of the recommended facilities with their relationship to other existing structures, conclusions and cost estimates for the budget minded recommended future improvements that will obtain efficiencies, and meet the growing demands for both community organizations.
