Design Incentive Grants - Facade grant funding is generally available for eligible properties in the Ardmore commercial area.  Please contact the Ardmore Initiative at (610) 645-0540 for more information.

Additionally, the Township does have periodic State matching grant funding (up to $5,000 per project) to help with facade improvements in specific commercial areas. Please contact the Office of Economic Development at 610-645-6184 for additional information on the use or availability of these funds.
