The Ardmore Train Station renovation project includes the installation of ramps and elevators for full ADA accessibility, construction of high- and low-level platforms, and reconstruction of the station building and shelters with integrated canopies. Additionally, a stormwater management system will be implemented, and passenger amenities to enhance the overall passenger experience.

On March 12, 2024 representatives of SEPTA presented a project update to community members at the Ardmore Initiative Annual Meeting, which included construction status and outlined the timeline for completion of the remaining work. The presentation is linked below.
