All Lower Merion Library buildings are closed to the public in compliance with the Governor’s Stay-At-Home order. Meanwhile, library staff invite you connect to the library remotely.  

  • Call Us – Monday – Friday 10a – 5p.Dial the number of your local library or call or text 610-679-8742
  • E-mail – Visit and clicking the Contact Us icon
  • Social Media – Libraries have accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, follow @lowermerionlibs or you can even follow your local library and we recommend it.Each library is doing wonderful programming for all ages, so be sure to check out the calendar of events
  • Newsletters – Get the latest scoop by signing up for a library newsletter. Visit and click the Sign Up Now button at the bottom right side of the page
  • Read – We've got thousands of eBooks and audiobooks to download, visit and click the Overdrive or Hoopla icons, and RB digital for magazines
  • Libraries Share WiFi – The buildings may be closed, but WiFi is running. If you have an urgent need for WiFi and do not have access at home, it can be accessed from library parking areas at Ardmore, Bala Cynwyd, Belmont Hills, Gladwyne, and Penn Wynne (sorry it doesn’t work at Ludington).Just stay close to the building and look for the StopAndGo network. Remember to social distance yourselves and wear a mask unless you are in your car.
