The Ardmore Initiative seeks additional guidance following a paint removal test.<br>    <br>    </li>    <li><strong>25-21 – 1017 Black Rock Road – Gladwyne Historic District&nbsp;</strong><br>    Application to partially pave the front yard with a vehicular turn-around area. The residence is a non-contributing resource within the Gladwyne Historic District.<br>    <br>    </li>    <li><strong>25-16 – 30-38 West Lancaster Avenue – Ardmore Theatre – Ardmore Commercial Historic District&nbsp;</strong><br>    A white membrane roof was applied to the east end of the front façade of the theatre building between the cornice and balustrade with a metal termination bar. Work was stopped before additional membrane could be applied to the west end.
