Public comment may be submitted via email to shouchins@lowermerion.org, by US Mail (first-class postage prepaid) addressed to the Lower Merion Township Zoning Hearing Board 75 E. Section 908(5) of the Municipalities Planning Code and Section 11.2 I(3) of the Lower Merion Zoning Code gives parties to hearings before the Board the right to cross-examine adverse witnesses.
