Historical Architectural Review Board

Regular Monthly Meeting


Notice is hereby given that the Historical Architectural Review Board of Lower Merion Township will hold a meeting on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 8:15 AM in the Board Room on the Second Floor of the Township Building, 75 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA. The Board will review the following applications beginning at 8:30 AM:


Reorganization for 2018



Application No.         18-06

            Property: 28 West Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003
            Applicant: Ashley Miller / Third Eye
            District: Ardmore

The applicant proposes to install internally illuminated channel letters and logo onto a raceway. The storefront is the rear storefront of the address, facing Haws Terrace instead of Lancaster Avenue.

            Property:  43 Cricket Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003
            Applicant: Jack Burns
            District: Ardmore

This application was tabled in February. Construction issues led to a deviation from the originally approved storefront windows. Window fenestration and material differ from the HARB’s 2016 approval. The applicant returns again to request approval for the storefront as built.
