The annual ceremony starts at 6 p.m.

For many years firefighters, families and community members have come together to remember those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. As a community we gather to pay tribute to everyone lost that day. 2,819 people
lost their lives in the cowardly attacks of 9/11. We remember the 343 members of the FDNY, the 60 police officers of the NYPD and Port Authority Police, as well as all the innocent victims who had shown up for work or boarded a
plane.

The ceremony is composed of a medley of music, speeches, videos and time for reflection.
