Notice is hereby given that the Historical Architectural Review Board of Lower Merion Township will hold a meeting on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 8:00 AM in the Board Room on the Second Floor of the Township Building, 75 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA. The Board will review the following applications beginning at 8:30 AM:

This is an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow recently installed picket fencing to remain along the northeast side of the dwelling.

The applicant proposes to redevelop the temporary parking lot on the former Gillanes and Cardone Printing properties and the adjacent autobody shop property and requests a Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a 27,528 sq. ft., five-story, mixed-use building with underground parking, first floor retail, and 77 residential rental units above.
