- 2026-R-03 – 9 South Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bryn Mawr – Class II
Application to demolish and reconstruct the concrete stairs and masonry retaining wall at the basement service entrance of the Bryn Mawr Community Center.
- 2025-CU-10-A – 768 Mt. Moro Road, Villanova – Class II
A Conditional Use application to retain a patio adjacent to the new residence that exceeds the impervious coverage allowed under the Zoning Code was reviewed in July, 2025. Following a determination that the amount of impervious coverage exceeds what had been presented, the Commission is being asked whether their previous recommendation on the impact on the resource stands based on the updated calculations and whether the requested relief is essential to the preservation of the historic resource under § 155-7.1 H (5) of the Zoning Code. The applicant has provided an addendum to their previously submitted Historic Resource Impact Study.
- 2025-R-18-A – 202 Bala Avenue, Bala Cynwyd – Class II
An application to make modifications to the facades was reviewed in September, 2025. The applicant returns with additional details and refined options for storefront alterations.
- 2026-R-04 – 928 Summit Road, Penn Valley – Class II
Application to remove a non-original one-story garage and construct a two-story addition in its place.
