LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP

 

  1. Approval of the minutes of the July 7 meeting

  2. 26-10 – 15 East Lancaster Avenue – Ardmore Commercial Center Historic District 
    Application to install a non-illuminated projecting sign on the west pilaster of the storefront.

  3. 25-09-A – 527 Old Lancaster Road – Haverford Station Historic District 
    This new home in the Haverford Station Historic District was recommended for approval in July 2025 and construction is nearly complete. The developer seeks approval to replace a centrally-placed window on the Barrett Avenue elevation with a door that would exit onto the wraparound porch.
