Application to construct a new second floor rear massing and reconfiguration of rear ADA entrance with new overhang. Applicant seeks a recommendation on the massing and design of rear addition only, with materials, products, and other details to be reviewed at a later date. This application is a component of the “Gladwyne Village” development.

Application to extend and enlarge the building’s rear massing and reconstruct a front porch inspired by historic precedent. Applicant seeks a recommendation on the massing and design of the rear addition and porch only, with materials, products, and other details to be reviewed at a later date.
