- 26-05 – 11 West Lancaster Avenue – Ardmore Commercial Center Historic District
Application to remove an awning, install signage on the existing façade surface, and install gooseneck lights.
- 26-06 – 22 West Lancaster Avenue – Ardmore Commercial Center Historic District
Application to install raceway-mounted halo-lit lettering to the front and rear facades.
- 26-07 – 953 Youngs Ford Road – Old Guard House – Gladwyne Historic District
Application to install a transparent plastic roofing material on the open pergola adjacent to the building’s Righters Mill Road frontage.
- INFORMAL REVIEW – 351, 358, and 359 Righters Mill Road – Gladwyne Historic District
Future applicant seeks comment on the massing of additions to existing buildings: the former War Office and Gladwyne Market House. Revisions to the design of the proposed new structure at 358 Righters Mill Road will also be presented. No formal recommendation will result from this discussion.
