Meetings and Events listed below are subject to later notice of change of time and location.

Majority of all Township meetings will be held in the Township Administration Building, 75 E Lancaster Ave, Ardmore. Other location of meeting will be stated in the meeting's detail. Subscribe to our meeting calendar to get agenda and detail: E-Subscription

  1. Approval of the minutes of the May 18 meeting

  2. 2026-R-05 – 14 Rock Hill Road, Bala Cynwyd – Class II

    Application to replace wood windows with vinyl windows. Application was previously tabled.

  3. 2026-R-13 – 1233 Lafayette Road, Bryn Mawr – Class II

    Application to replace a slate roof with a DaVinci synthetic slate product.

  4. 2026-R-14 – 345 North Bowman Avenue, Merion Station – Class II
    Application to construct a one-story addition largely on the footprint of an existing porch with a new metal roof with skylights.
