2026-R-05 – 14 Rock Hill Road, Bala Cynwyd – Class II
Application to replace wood windows with vinyl windows. Application was previously tabled.
2026-R-13 – 1233 Lafayette Road, Bryn Mawr – Class II
Application to replace a slate roof with a DaVinci synthetic slate product.
2026-R-14 – 345 North Bowman Avenue, Merion Station – Class II
Application to construct a one-story addition largely on the footprint of an existing porch with a new metal roof with skylights.
