AGENDA

  1. Approval of the minutes of the April 27 meeting

  2. 2026-R-05 – 14 Rock Hill Road, Bala Cynwyd – Class II

    An application to replace wood windows with vinyl windows was tabled in March. The applicant returns with additional details about the proposed windows and existing conditions.

  3. 2026-R-10 – 625 Old Gulph Road, Bryn Mawr – Class II
    Application to replace a cedar roof with a synthetic cedar-like material. 

  4. 2026-R-11 – 275 N. Latchs Lane, Merion Station – Class II

    Application to make alterations and additions to a carriage house. 

  5. 2026-R-12 – 139 Booth Lane, Haverford – Class I

    Application to construct a one-story, attached garage addition to the east facade, make alterations to existing, non-original garden walls, and re-grade the site for new driveway and garage entrance.

  6. INFORMAL REVIEW – 15 Old Gulph Road, Gladwyne – Class I
    A future applicant seeks guidance on proposed modifications to a stable building on the property.
