Approval of the minutes of the March 23 meeting.
- 2026-R-09 – 1520 Spring Mill Road, Villanova – Class II
Application to construct a bicycle shed and generator adjacent to the main residence.
- 2026-R-06-A – 10 Monument Avenue, Bala Cynwyd – WCAU Building – Class II
Portions of an application to construct a new bicycle shelter adjacent to the building’s north façade, install new signage, and create two additional window openings within the brick wall of the north façade were tabled in March. The applicant returns with a revised options for the proposed window openings.
- 2026-R-07-A – 325 Montgomery Avenue, Haverford – Merion Cricket Club – Class I
An application to alter and expand an existing trash compactor enclosure, replace an existing NanaWall folding door system, and replace and expand an exterior deck, including the construction of a new overhead roof, was tabled in March. The applicant returns with revisions to the exterior deck design.
- PRESENTATION – Historic Preservation Plan
The Historic Preservation Plan is scheduled to be presented to the Building & Planning Committee on May 13 along with proposed edits to the Historic Preservation sections of the Township Code. A draft of the Plan and Code amendments will be provided to the Historical Commission for review and comment, accompanied by a presentation by the Historic Preservation Planner.
