  1. Approval of the minutes of the March 2 meeting

  2. 2026-R-05 – 14 Rock Hill Road, Bala Cynwyd – Class II

    Application to replace wood windows with vinyl windows.

  3. 2026-R-06 – 10 Monument Avenue, Bala Cynwyd – WCAU Building – Class II
    Application to construct a new bicycle shelter adjacent to the building’s north façade, install new signage, and create two additional window openings within the brick wall of the north façade. 

  4. 2026-R-07 – 325 Montgomery Avenue, Haverford – Merion Cricket Club – Class I

    Application to alter and expand an existing trash compactor enclosure, replace an existing NanaWall folding door system, and replace and expand an exterior deck, including the construction of a new overhead roof.

  5. 2026-R-08 – 61 Anderson Avenue, Ardmore – Suburban Square – Class II
    Application to install non-illuminated lettering above the corner entrance and two double-faced non-illuminated blade signs, one on each street frontage.
