AGENDA

    1. 2025-R-05-A – 514 Spring Mill Road, Villanova – Class II
       An application to construct an addition onto the residence was recommended for approval in July. The applicant returns with a modification to the approved plan to add a covered breezeway to connect the proposed addition to the existing freestanding garage.

    2. 2025-R-16 – 36 East Old Gulph Road, Wynnewood – Class I 
      Application to modify and enlarge a stone barn. Preliminary review was conducted in July.

    3. 2025-R-13 – 601 Conshohocken State Road, Penn Valley – Class II 
      Application to install a Tesla solar roof on a stone barn.
       
    4. 2025-R-11 – 10 Montgomery Avenue, Bala Cynwyd – Class II 
      Application to install bracket-mounted corner banners and replace materials on a pent roof.
       
    5. 2025-R-15 – 46 St. James Place, Ardmore – Class II 
      Application to install signage and make other façade modifications to a historic Suburban Square storefront.
