Meetings and Events listed below are subject to later notice of change of time and location.

Majority of all Township meetings will be held in the Township Administration Building, 75 E Lancaster Ave, Ardmore. Other location of meeting will be stated in the meeting's detail. Subscribe to our meeting calendar to get agenda and detail: E-Subscription

MEETING NOTICE
HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP

 

  1. Presentation on Reality Capture documentation from Pennoni

  2. Approval of the minutes of the April 1 meeting

  3. 25-10 – 4 East Lancaster Avenue – Ardmore Commercial Historic District
    Application to install a sign consisting of halo-lit channel letters on a backing panel. Applicant returns to request approval of a deeper backing panel/box to house electrical equipment.

  4. 25-09 – 527 Old Lancaster Road – Haverford Station Historic District
    Application to demolish a dwelling, which is a Contributing Resource in the Haverford Station Historic District, and to construct a new dwelling. Application was tabled in April.

  5.  25-08 – 14 West Lancaster Avenue (Rear) – Ardmore Commercial Historic District
    Application to install a large window in the rear façade and replace the rear entry door. Application was tabled in March and applicant returns with a plan to install an aluminum storefront window in a new opening and to relocate a rear entry door.
