Meetings and Events listed below are subject to later notice of change of time and location.

Majority of all Township meetings will be held in the Township Administration Building, 75 E Lancaster Ave, Ardmore. Other location of meeting will be stated in the meeting's detail. Subscribe to our meeting calendar to get agenda and detail: E-Subscription

HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP

 

  1. Approval of the minutes of the September 2 meeting

  2. 25-22 – 65 Cricket Avenue, Suite 101 – Ardmore Commercial Historic District 
    Application to install halo-lit channel letters above one of the “Cricket Flats” storefronts.

  3. 25-23 – 421 Berkley Road – Haverford Station Historic District 
    Application to replace siding and garage doors in a garage at the rear of the property.

  4. 25-24 – 419 Arthurs Round Table – English District Historic District 
    Application to replace wood siding with a composite material, install new lighting fixtures, and make various repairs to trim and masonry.
