   Applications to subdivide this property, retain the historic home, and build a new home on the newly created lot were reviewed by the Commission in 2019 and 2022. The applicant returns with a revised design for the proposed new residence, which the Commission will review for appropriateness and compatibility with the Resource in terms of massing, scale, siting, and materials.
