AGENDA

  1. Approval of the minutes of the July 28 meeting

  2. 2025-LD-17 (Preliminary) – 330 Spring Mill Road & 1835 County Line Road – Class II 
    Application involves the combination of “Stoneleigh” and “Oakwell” and the eventual construction of a welcome center, parking improvements, and modifications to historic structures. The HC is to provide comments on this early plan for the benefit of the Planning Commission.

  3. 2025-R-14 – 1400 Waverly Road, Gladwyne – Class II 
    Application to construct new residential structures and to redesign a terrace adjacent to the historic Waverly Heights mansion.

  4. 2025-R-12 – 306 Bala Avenue, Bala Cynwyd – Class II 
    Application to construct a deck on a side-facing elevation at the rear of a residence.

  5. 2025-R-18 – 202 Bala Avenue, Bala Cynwyd – Class II 
    Application to make modifications to a stone commercial building in conjunction with the adjacent Bala Village mixed-use development. Similar modifications proposed by the previous developer of this project were reviewed in 2020.
