HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP

 

  1. UPDATE: Ardmore Master Plan
    Chris Leswing, Director of Building & Planning, will be present to discuss the draft Ardmore Master Plan.

  2. 23-06 – 65 Cricket Avenue – Ardmore Commercial Historic District
    Application to install a halo-lit sign. The proposed sign meets the design standards of previous signs installed at the Cricket Flats building.

  3. 23-07 – 14-16 West Lancaster Avenue – Ardmore Commercial Historic District
    Applicant seeks to reconstruct the Lancaster Avenue-facing second and third story facades of two storefronts. The facades were demolished as part of a larger renovation project after having been found to be structurally unstable.

Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA  19003, or by phone to 610-645-6176 is encouraged and comments will be accepted until noon on the Monday before the meeting.  Individuals wishing to provide comments via Zoom during this meeting should contact Greg Prichard, Historic Preservation Planner at (610) 645-6176 or gprichard@lowermerion.org before 12:00 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting.
