2. 2023-R-10 – 270 Curwen Road, Bryn Mawr – Class 2
Application to remove an existing deck and install a new deck with a larger footprint.
3. 2023-R-11 – 768 Mt. Moro Road, Villanova – Class 2
The carriage house at this address was partially demolished as part of a redevelopment of the property for a new residence. Architectural features uncovered during demolition resulted in a redesign of the new configuration of the building.
4. 2023-R-12 – 83 West Levering Mill Road, Bala Cynwyd – Class 2
A stone wall along the west property line that was formerly part of a large outbuilding now connects the historic barn with a non-historic garage. Applicant proposes to remove approximately two feet from the top of about half of the length of the wall, and to in-fill window openings with stone inset from the planes of the wall.
5. 2023-R-13 – 1200 North Spring Mill Road, Villanova – Class 2
Application to replace a standing seam roof with a new manufactured standing-seam material, to replace existing pole gutters with K gutters, and replace shutters.
6. Historic Resource Inventory “Clean-Up” Edits, Phase I
After a thorough audit of the Inventory, Staff has identified clerical errors, redundant addresses, and addresses at Suburban Square to be added to the Inventory.
