Public Participation During Virtual Township Meetings
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Lower Merion Township Board of Commissioners as well as Township advisory boards are conducting their meetings virtually. For information regarding how the public can provide comments and/or participate in these meetings, click on the link for the meeting below.

1. 2020-R-11 - 1415 Lane’s End, Villanova - Class 1
The applicant proposes to construct a garage addition and make other modifications to the home, including changing siding material and constructing second floor dormers. Application was tabled after virtual review in April.
2. 2020-R-13 – 1249 Bryn Tyddyn Drive, Gladwyne – Class 2
The property owner made several modifications to this 1939 R. Brognard Okie house without Historical Commission review. These items must be reviewed by the Commission prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. The modifications include the replacement of seven windows on the north façade, capping of trim on the same seven windows, the replacement of an entrance door on the north façade,and the modification of the frame around the north façade entrance door.
3. 2020-R-14 – 1600 Monk Road, Gladwyne – Class 2
Application to construct an open carport over an area beyond the existing garage.
4. 2020-R-15 – 1502 Old Gulph Road, Villanova – Class 2
Application to construct a stair tower on the rear elevation of the residence and to remove a chimney.
