In order to comply with the Governor Tom Wolf’s request that no gatherings of 10 or more people take place, this meeting will not be open for the public to attend in person.  Public participation via email to publiccomment@lowermerion.org or by phone to 610-645-6145 is encouraged and comments will be accepted prior to and during the Public Privilege of the Floor / Public Comment portion of this meeting as well as during the Public Hearing on the Volunteer Tax Credit Ordinance. The proceedings can be viewed live on LMTV, the Township’s government access channel, available on Comcast Cable Channel 7 and Verizon FiOS Channel 37 as well as online at https://lmtv.viebit.com/.   

This agenda includes changes to the following items:  Merion Elementary School Preliminary Land Development Plan (updated issue briefing); 401 Arthur’s Round Table (item tabled); Cricket Flats (agenda item wording change; issue briefing added).
