AGENDA

1. 2019-R-10 – 5/7/15 West Montgomery Avenue, Ardmore – Class 2
Application to install a four-foot-high aluminum fence around the Parish House. The fence will include a gate at the corner of Bleddyn Road and abut the church at the fence’s east end.


2. 2019-R-11 – 1000 Mt. Pleasant Road, Bryn Mawr – La Ronda Stable – Class 2

Application to replace a clay tile roof with Certainteed Grand Manor asphalt shingles. This former stable was likely built for Wayne MacVeagh’s Brookfield Farm in the 1880s and was modified for continued use as part of the Foerderer estate, La Ronda, in 1929.


3. 2019-R-12 – 805 Hagys Ford Road, Penn Valley – Class 2

Application to replace a wood deck and exterior wood stair with a new deck and stairs. The replacement of a garage door on a detached building is also proposed. Various other modifications to the residence were reviewed and recommended for approval in December, 2018.


Item Removed: 4. 2019-R-13 – 1400 Mill Creek Road, Gladwyne – Barker Mill – Class 1

Alterations to this property were reviewed and approved in 2009. The applicant proposes to repurpose and partially reconstruct the former mill buildings for residential use and construct a new residential structure at the rear of the property. Changes to the site would include the construction of an additional bridge across the creek.
