Application to replace an existing awning with a new awning.

 



2. 19-17 – 38 West Lancaster Avenue – Ardmore Theatre – Ardmore Historic District


Applicant seeks to demolish the rear portion of the former Ardmore Theatre, construct a seven-story residential structure on the footprint of the former auditorium section, and renovate the Lancaster Avenue frontage of the building with the installation of a decorative canopy in place of the present marquee. The application was tabled in September and has since been revised to include a new Haws Terrace entrance. A structural assessment of the auditorium section has also been submitted.
