LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP
- 19-11 – 501 Old Lancaster Road, Haverford – Haverford Station Historic District
Application to revise a previous approval for the historic home that was moved as part of the Heritage at Haverford development. The applicant seeks to use a simulated shingle product on the upper walls of four gables and maintain the previously approved horizontal siding on facade areas below.
- 19-12 – 35-39 Cricket Avenue, Ardmore – Ardmore Historic District
Application to install identical signage on two storefronts, add architectural details to make the two storefronts look uniform, and to install a garage door at the rear of 39 Cricket Avenue.
- 19-13 – 22 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore – Ardmore Historic District
Application to install signage and replace existing storefront windows and entry door.

Application to revise a previously approved application for a five-story mixed-use building. The applicant is seeking to use Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) instead of the previously approved Hardie cementitious panels on upper floors and side elevations.
- 19-17 – 38 West Lancaster Avenue – Ardmore Theatre – Ardmore Historic District
Applicant seeks to demolish the rear portion of the former Ardmore Theatre, construct a seven-story residential structure on the footprint of the former auditorium section, and renovate the Lancaster Avenue frontage of the building, including the installation of a decorative canopy in place of the present marquee. The applicant returns with a formal application, including a revised design and additional renderings, following a preliminary discussion in July.
