The Human Resources Department facilitates the Township’s commitment to excellence, quality performance and legal compliance, handles the recruitment, selection and retention of employees, assists in labor contract negotiations, ensures good labor management relations, oversees the administration of employee benefits and coordinates employee development and training opportunities.
Beth Lilick began her career with the Township’s Human Resources Department in 2012. She joined the Township’s senior management team in June 2017 when she was appointed Director of Human Resources. Beth has 30 years of experience in both the human resources and the health insurance industry. Beth is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
