The contractor license renewal form will allow you to update your business' information and pay for your contractor license renewal fee.
NOTE: Contractor’s licenses are valid for the calendar year-all licenses expire December 31st each year.
EXCEPTION: Contractor’s Licenses renewed beginning December 1st are valid through the next calendar year
During the renewal process, you should select only those contractor’s licenses you wish to renew. The renewal system shows all licenses held by the contractor – it does not know if a license has been renewed at an earlier time.
Please note there is a separate fee paid to the Township’s third-party processing firm of 2.45% of the total transaction with a $2.45 minimum charge.
In the renewal form you also will be able to upload copies of your Certificate of Liability and Worker’s Compensation insurance as attachments. A valid email address is needed to receive email confirmation of your renewal. Your contractors' license will be emailed to your email address after your Certificate of Insurance has been verified.
If you do not upload your Certificate of Insurance in the renewal form you may mail it or bring it in person to the address below. You may also have your insurance company email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to 610-649-9598.
