2013 TAX LEVY AND APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE
Consider for recommendation to the Board that the Township Secretary be authorized to advertise Notice of Intention to Adopt on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 an Ordinance of the Township of Lower Merion, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, imposing a levy for general revenue purposes on all taxable real estate in the Township in the amount of 4.19 mills (unchanged from 2012) on each one dollar of assessed valuation, adopting an annual budget and appropriating specific sums estimated to be required for the purposes of the municipal government for the 2013 fiscal year.

2012 DEFICIENCY ORDINANCE
Consider for recommendation to the Board that the Township Secretary be authorized to advertise a Notice of Intention to Adopt an amendment to Ordinance No. 3965 Adopted December 21, 2011, making a change in certain appropriations, some of which have proven to be larger than needed and some to be insufficient, and authorizing the proper Township officers to make the required transfers from and to appropriations heretofore made of receipts not heretofore estimated.

DELINQUENT REAL ESTATE TAX COLLECTION
Consider for recommendation to the Board that the Township Secretary be authorized to advertise Notice of Intention to Adopt on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 an ordinance of the Township of Lower Merion, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, appointing the Montgomery County Tax Claim Bureau its alternate collector of delinquent real estate taxes pursuant to the Municipal Claims And Tax Liens Act, and approving a penalty, interest and fee schedule for collection of delinquent real estate taxes.
