  2. PRELIMINARY LOT LINE CHANGE PLAN
    822 W Lancaster Avenue,
    Bryn Mawr, Bryn Mawr Film Institute,
    & 27 Central Avenue, Bryn Mawr, SD# 3679, Ward 10.
    A proposal to subdivide an 11,102 square foot parcel from 822 W Lancaster Avenue and consolidate it with the property at 27 Central Avenue.

  3. PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN & CONDITIONAL USE
    822 W Lancaster Avenue,
    Bryn Mawr Film Institute,
    & 1-9 Central Avenue, Bryn Mawr, LD# 3685, Ward 10.
    A proposal to combine 5 vacant parcels located along Central Avenue (1-9 Central Avenue) and to consolidate them with 822 W Lancaster Avenue and construct a 5,100 sq. ft. addition to the existing theater building.     Conditional Use approval is sought for the development of an apartment house complex within the M, Manufacturing and Industrial District (M District) pursuant to Zoning Code Section 155-89D and 155-90.1 and approval for development within the Floodplain District within the M District pursuant to Zoning Code Section 155-90.1.A and 155-160. **

  6. TENTATIVE SKETCH PLAN
    112 Sibley Avenue,
    Ardmore, LD# 3681, Ward 5.
    A proposal to construct a five-story 46 unit apartment building. The proposed development will include 69 off-street parking spaces to be located within a garage underneath the apartment units, with one level at grade and one level below grade.

    November 16, 2012.
