TENTATIVE SKETCH PLAN 112 Sibley Avenue, Ardmore, LD# 3681, Ward 5. A proposal to construct a five-story 46 unit apartment building. The proposed development will include 69 off-street parking spaces to be located within a garage underneath the apartment units, with one level at grade and one level below grade.
