Demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new 2,600 square foot bank with three drive-through teller lanes.

1125 & 1130 Vaughans Lane, Gladwyne, Beth David Reform Congregation,
LD# 3628, Ward 2.
Construction of a 9,120 square foot one-story addition onto the existing school building and a series of three additions totaling 2,154 square feet onto the existing sanctuary. Construction of a new 62 space parking lot is also proposed.

Subdivision of a 9.3 acre parcel into five new lots and preservation area. The proposed subdivision will be accessed from a common driveway off of Club House Road. The Class II barn is shown to remain on this application. A lot line change between the two properties is also proposed.
