3. PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPMENT PLAN
   50 E Wynnewood Road, Wynnewood Shopping Center,
   Wynnewood, LD# 3678, Ward 7.
   A proposal to demolish the existing U.S. Postal Service building adjacent to Giant and construct a new 6,576 square foot restaurant with outdoor dining.

4. PRELIMINARY LAND DEVELOPEMNT PLAN
   701 Belmont Avenue, Westminster Cemetery,
   Bala Cynwyd, LD# 3688, Ward 3.
   A proposal to construct a 1,538 square foot mausoleum at the rear of the property. An underground stormwater management system is also proposed.

5. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
   Conversion Ordinance Amendment
   Consider an ordinance to amend Chapter 155, Section 133, Conversion of Buildings, to add a new Section B to establish standards for the conversion of Religious and Club or Lodge Uses to a multi-family dwelling use.

6. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
   Floodplain Ordinance Amendment
   Consider an ordinance to amend portions of the Township Code related to floodplain management and permitting.
