The Township Treasurer's Office collects and deposits all funds received by the Township, as well as collects, receipts and accounts for sanitary sewer rent, solid waste fees, real estate taxes and interim real estate taxes.

Taxpayer Information

Pay your real estate taxes electronically. Call 1-877-568-2937 or visit www.officialpayments.com for credit cards or www.officialpayments.com/echeck for electronic check payments. There is an additional fee for payment by credit card and partial payments can not be processed.

Your real estate tax bills are now available online. You can view and pay your bills at our new website.

All residents and organizations are urged to review the mailing address used by the Board of Assessment to send out real estate tax bills. Please find your property at http://propertyrecords.montcopa.org/Main/home.aspx If your mailing address is incorrect or needs to be changed, please send a signed notice to the Treasurer, Lower Merion Township, 75 E Lancaster Ave, Ardmore PA 19003. Please note that failure to receive a real estate tax bill does not absolve a taxpayer from their obligation to pay their bills in a timely manner.
