Description of the Resource: One of three farms belonging to John Yocum Crawford, a prominent Lower Merion farmer and banker. This three-story Federal-style stuccoed home features a hipped roof, and is thought to date from 1802. Its gatehouse at 1208 Spring Mill Road has been said to predate the Revolutionary War.
