The preparation of the Township’s recommended annual budget is one of the single most important responsibilities of the Township Manager. This document is the Township’s proposed business plan for the fiscal year 2010, outlining the priorities and financial resources to carry out the Township Board of Commissioners mission of maintaining and enhancing the highest possible level of public service delivery and quality of life for the Lower Merion community. On behalf of my outstanding staff, I am pleased to deliver my Proposed 2010 Budget (PDF) and the Proposed Six-Year 2010–2015 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
