Biography

Commissioner Rick Churchill joined the Lower Merion Board of Commissioners in 2010. A teacher of both history and government in the Philadelphia School District, Mr. Churchill is also a co-founder of New Horizons, a club for adults with Asperger syndrome.

A resident of Penn Wynne, Mr. Churchill graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1972 and serves as comptroller for St. James Church in Havertown.
